Running a farmers market, school fundraiser, block party, or private event? We bring the mini-pancake stand to you.

What you get

One mom, three boys, a griddle, and a line of happy people. We set up our mini-pancake station, make stacks to order, and keep the energy fun. Sweet treats only. Cash and card.

What we bring

What we need from your venue

  • 10 by 10 booth space
  • One standard outlet within reach (we can run on a generator if power isn't available, just let us know in advance)
  • Access to water if the event runs more than 4 hours
  • Loading area for setup

Lead time

Two weeks notice is ideal. We can sometimes turn around shorter if a weekend is open. Ask.

FAQ

The usual questions

What's the minimum?
We don't have a hard minimum yet. Tell us about your event and we'll see if it fits. Smaller events with shorter run times still work.
How far do you travel?
Greater Houston metro. We're based in Crosby, so the closer to home the easier the yes.
Do you do private and corporate events?
Private events, yes. Corporate events are a future ambition once we have a few more months under our belt.
Payment?
For private bookings, a deposit holds the date and the balance is due the week of the event. Public markets and festivals work on the organizer's standard vendor terms.
What if it rains?
We can pop a canopy. If the event is canceled by the venue or weather, we work with you on a reschedule.
