Mini Stack Bros is Judy Ochoa and her three boys. The "Bros" in the name are her sons. Judy wanted to start something the family could run together, and the boys wanted to be in on it from day one. So this is a family business in the most literal sense. Mom on the griddle. Boys on the toppings, the drizzles, the smiles, and the fist bumps.
We make mini pancakes. Three sizes, your choice of toppings, your choice of drizzles. Sweet only. No eggs, no breakfast plates. Just small stacks with big flavor.
We launched in 2026 in Crosby, Texas, to bring small-stack sweet treats to Houston-area farmers markets and vendor events. The card and menu were designed in-house. The brand is family-built. The pancakes are made fresh on the spot. Hablamos español at the booth.
